Payouts on your schedule

Get paid when you want, built for event organizers

With Tiqqo you decide when you get paid. Request a payout the moment it suits you and receive the ticket revenue your customers have already settled, with no fixed cycle and no waiting until after the event.

How payouts work in Tiqqo

Most ticketing platforms hold organizer revenue until after the event, which makes pre-event marketing, talent deposits and operational costs harder to fund. Tiqqo works differently: the organizer decides when to be paid. Click payout when you need the money and the available balance lands in your bank account. Each payout is reconciled per event and per payment method, so ticket orders, refunds and the EUR 0.79 service fee are easy to match against the statement. No 14-day hold, no weekly or monthly batches, and no minimum threshold. For organizers running a long sales window or selling tickets across multiple events, this turns ticket revenue into a cash stream you control — ready to invest in marketing, suppliers or staff before the event takes place.

Frequently asked questions

When can I get paid?

Whenever you want. Request a payout the moment it suits you — there is no fixed cycle and no 14-day hold.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

No. As long as there are settled paid ticket orders, you can request the available balance. No threshold.

How are refunds handled in the payout?

Refunds are deducted from the running payout balance and shown as separate lines on the statement, so organizers can reconcile per ticket order.

Does this work for all events?

Yes. On-demand payouts apply to all paid ticket events on Tiqqo. Free events do not generate ticket revenue and therefore do not trigger payouts.

What does Tiqqo charge per ticket?

Paid tickets carry a flat EUR 0.79 service fee per ticket. Free events have no ticket service fee.

Can I use my own payment service provider?

Yes. Larger organizers can plug in their own PSP for full control over financials and payouts.
