I cannot find my order confirmation or ticket. What should I do?
First check the email address you used when buying the ticket, including spam and promotions folders. You can also log in at app.tiqqo.com/customer/login with that same email address to view and download your tickets again.
Which email address should I use to access my tickets?
Use the exact email address entered during checkout. If someone else bought the ticket for you, the order may be linked to their email address. If you are unsure, contact us with the event name and any order details you still have.
Can I download an invoice for my ticket purchase?
Yes. Log in to the customer portal at app.tiqqo.com/customer/login with the email address used for the order. Open the relevant order and download the invoice or receipt from there. If the invoice is missing, contact support with your order details.
Can Tiqqo resend my tickets?
In many cases you can retrieve tickets yourself through the customer portal without waiting for a new email. If that does not work, contact Tiqqo support with your email address, event name, and order number if available so we can look up the order.
I want to cancel my ticket or request a refund. Who decides that?
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the event organizer's policy. Tiqqo provides the ticketing platform, but the organizer decides whether a refund, cancellation, or change is possible. Contact the organizer first using the details in your confirmation email.
What if I cannot reach the event organizer?
Check your ticket, confirmation email, the event page, and the organizer's social channels for contact details. If you still cannot reach them and there is a technical issue with your Tiqqo order, contact us and include what you already tried.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Name-change rules depend on the event organizer and the ticket settings for that event. Check your confirmation email or event information first. If the organizer allows changes through Tiqqo, the customer portal or organizer instructions will explain the next step.
My payment succeeded but I did not receive tickets. What now?
Wait a few minutes, then check your inbox and spam folder. If nothing arrives, log in at app.tiqqo.com/customer/login with the checkout email address. If the order is still missing, contact support with payment date, event name, and email address.
What information should I include when contacting ticket support?
Include the event name, order number if you have it, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots of payment confirmations or error messages are helpful, but never send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
