You'll be able to view all your tickets, download them again, and access your order confirmations. If you've lost access to your email or can't remember which email you used, please use our contact form below.

Log in with your email address, find your order, and click "Download Invoice". The invoice will include all necessary details for expense reports or tax purposes.

Sometimes event organizers may be slow to respond or their contact information might not be easily accessible. Here's what you can do:

• Check your ticket or confirmation email for the organizer's contact details
• Look for the event on social media platforms for alternative contact methods
• If it's urgent, use our contact form below and we'll try to help connect you

While Tiqqo provides the ticketing platform, event organizers are responsible for their own customer service. However, if there's a technical issue or dispute, we're happy to help mediate.

Step 1: Contact the event organizer directly using the contact information on your ticket or confirmation email.

Step 2: If you cannot reach the organizer or they are unresponsive, and you believe there's a legitimate dispute, contact us at support@tiqqo.com.
