For ticket holders - Guide

My tickets are not in the app

Can't see a ticket in the Tiqqo app? It is usually down to the email address, the archive or a ticket that still needs to be personalised.

The app shows the tickets that belong to your email address. Missing a ticket? Go through these points.

1. Are you using the right email address?

The app looks up tickets by:

  • the email address the order was placed with;
  • the email address a ticket has been personalised with.

Did you buy with another address, for example your work email? Then sign out via your profile and sign in again with that address. Search your mailbox for the confirmation email to see which address was used.

2. Sync your tickets

Did you just place the order? Pull the list down, or tap Sync your tickets. The app then fetches the latest tickets.

3. Look in the archive

Tickets move to Archive 48 hours after the event ends. Looking for a ticket for an event that is already over? Look there.

4. Does the ticket still need to be personalised?

Some organisers ask you to fill in a name and email address per ticket. Did you buy tickets for others? Then those appear in their app as soon as the details have been filled in. Use the link in your confirmation email to complete the personalisation.

5. Did the payment go through?

A ticket only appears once the payment is complete. Did you not receive a confirmation email? Then check whether the money has been debited, and contact the organiser.

6. Has the ticket been cancelled?

Invalidated tickets, for example after a refund, are not shown in the app.

Still nothing?

Contact the event organiser. They can see your order and can send the ticket to you again. The contact details are in your confirmation email and on the event page.
