Did you buy a ticket for an event that uses Tiqqo? Then you can open all your tickets in the Tiqqo app. You do not need an account or a password, just the email address you used to buy the tickets.
The app is not required. You can also simply show the ticket from your email at the door.
Download the app
- iPhone and iPad: Tiqqo on the App Store
- Android: Tiqqo on Google Play
Sign in
- Open the app and choose My tickets.
- Enter the email address you used to buy the tickets.
- Tap Send code.
- You receive an email with a 6-digit code and a magic link. Enter the code and tap Verify, or tap the link in the email.
The code is valid for 15 minutes. If you request a new code, the previous one stops working.
View your tickets
After signing in you see all your tickets, grouped by event and order.
- Current: tickets for events that are still to come or happening now.
- Archive: tickets for past events. A ticket moves to the archive 48 hours after the event ends.
Tap a ticket to see the QR code, the ticket type, the venue and the date.
Do you stay signed in?
Yes. The app remembers you, so you can open your tickets straight away on the event day too. You sign out via your profile, with Sign out.
Tickets for someone else
Did you buy tickets for others, and are they personalised with their name and email address? Then they can open their own ticket in the app with their own email address. You also see the tickets, because you are the buyer.
