Branded ticket shop
Tiqqo
Branded, mobile-first shop for every event, linked from your own website with a button or link
CM.com
Hosted or embedded shop with fully branded tickets, emails and checkout
Comparison
On the headline fee, Tiqqo and CM.com are level: both charge €0.79 per general admission ticket (Tiqqo excl. VAT; CM.com does not state the VAT basis), and payment costs come on top at both. The difference is what is included. Tiqqo has customer profiles, segments and email campaigns built in, while CM.com sells marketing automation and its customer data platform as separate products. CM.com, which took over YourTicketProvider in 2021, sells ticketing as part of a wider suite of payment and messaging products.

If you already use CM.com for payments, messaging or POS, CM.com Ticketing may be enough.
Not on the ticket fee: both charge €0.79 per general admission ticket. At Tiqqo that is excl. VAT; CM.com does not say. Payment costs come on top at both (on request at CM.com), and seated tickets cost €0.99 at CM.com. The real difference is what you get for that fee: Tiqqo includes a CRM and email campaigns, while CM.com sells those as separate products.
CM.com includes branded transactional emails, such as order confirmations. Marketing campaigns run through CM.com Marketing Automation, a separate product with its own pricing. In Tiqqo, email campaigns, automated follow-ups and tracking links are part of the platform.
Payouts are set in your contract. If you signed up online, the payout always takes place after the event; more frequent payouts are possible on request. In Tiqqo you request a payout from your available balance when it suits you.
Both support reserved seating. CM.com has a separate seated tier at €0.99 per ticket with self-service seat maps. At Tiqqo you build your seat map in the platform and pay the same €0.79 excl. VAT per paid ticket.
Both CM.com and Tiqqo say the organizer owns the data. In Tiqqo that data feeds straight into customer profiles, segments and email campaigns in the same platform.
CM.com acquired YourTicketProvider in April 2021. The old yourticketprovider.nl website now redirects to CM.com, which says YourTicketProvider is now CM.com Ticketing. Existing shops can still log in there, and new organizers are sent to CM.com Event Ticketing. Everything on this page about CM.com therefore also applies to former YourTicketProvider customers.
