Choose Tiqqo if

  • You want a CRM and email campaigns in the same tool as your ticket sales, without a second product.
  • You want a fixed service fee: €0.79 excl. VAT per paid ticket, with no percentage on top.
  • You want to request payouts from your available balance instead of waiting for a payout cycle.
  • You want to be live quickly with a branded shop for every event.

If you mainly need official resale or festival cashless through Weezevent, Weeztix may be enough.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tiqqo cheaper than Weeztix?

Tiqqo's service fee is lower: €0.79 excl. VAT per paid ticket, versus €0.83 excl. VAT plus 1.8% booking costs at Weeztix (up to 5,000 tickets a year). On a €25 ticket that 1.8% adds about €0.45. At Tiqqo, payment costs come on top depending on the payment method, while Weeztix charges nothing extra for iDEAL, so compare the totals for your own payment mix.

Is Weeztix the same as Eventix?

Yes. Eventix merged with the French company Weezevent in 2025 and now operates as Weeztix.

Does Weeztix have a CRM and email marketing?

The core ticketing product stores customer data and demographics. Full CRM features and email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns come from Gigz, a separate product that integrates with Weeztix; Gigz pricing is not public. In Tiqqo, customer profiles, segments and email campaigns are part of the platform.

How quickly do I get paid with Weeztix compared to Tiqqo?

Weeztix pays out weekly, monthly or when a threshold is reached, and by default holds at least 10% of ticket revenue until after the event. In Tiqqo you request payouts from your available balance when it suits you.

Can I switch from Weeztix to Tiqqo?

Yes. Tiqqo offers free onboarding and migration support, including moving event data and existing customer information. Plan the switch between two on-sales so running events are not affected.
