Tiqqo app for organisers - Guide

Change the app language

Set the Tiqqo app to Dutch, English or German. Your choice is linked to your account.

2 min read

The Tiqqo app is available in Dutch, English and German. Handy if your door team comes from different countries.

Default language

The app starts in the language of your phone. Is your phone set to a language other than these three? Then the app uses English.

Change the language after signing in

  1. Tap your account icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Under Language, choose the language you want to use.

Your choice is linked to your Tiqqo account. If you later sign in on another phone, the app opens in your language straight away.

Change the language on the sign-in screen

You can also change the language on the sign-in screens. That choice only applies to that phone until you have signed in. After that, the app uses the language of your account.

What does not change

The app language does not change the language of your events, ticket shop or emails to buyers. You set those in the Tiqqo dashboard.
