One Tiqqo account can have access to more than one organisation. That is common for agencies, freelance door teams or organisers with several brands. The app always works with one active organisation at a time.
Choose an organisation when you sign in
Do you have access to more than one organisation? Then the app asks after you sign in: Which organisation? You see how many events each organisation has. Organisations you used recently are at the top. Use the search field to find the right one quickly.
Switch while you work
- Tap your account icon at the top right.
- Choose Switch organisation.
- Select the organisation you want to continue with.
The dashboard, the event list, search and the scanner then only show data from that organisation.
Are you scanning for the right organisation?
Do you scan a ticket for an event of another organisation? Then the app does not treat the ticket as valid. If in doubt, check first which organisation is active.
Organisation not in the list
Can't see an organisation? Then you have not been added to it (yet), or your access has been revoked. Ask an admin of that organisation to invite you.
