The Tiqqo app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android. Organisers and their team use the app to scan tickets, see live how many people are inside and look up tickets or orders. Buyers use the same app to open their tickets.
Download the app
- iPhone and iPad: Tiqqo on the App Store
- Android: Tiqqo on Google Play
Choose how you sign in
When you open the app, it asks how you want to sign in:
- My tickets is for buyers. They sign in with their email address and a code, without an account.
- Scanner & Event Management is for organisers and their team. Choose this option.
Sign in with email and password
- Enter the email address and password of your Tiqqo account.
- Tap Sign in.
- Do you have access to more than one organisation? Then choose the organisation you want to work with.
You use the same account as in the Tiqqo dashboard on the website. You cannot create an account in the app. You do that via tiqqo.com, or you ask an admin of your organisation to invite you.
Forgot your password
Tap Forgot password?. The app opens the Tiqqo reset page in your browser. After resetting, sign in to the app with your new password.
Two-step verification
Is two-step verification switched on for your account? Then you cannot sign in to the app with email and password yet. Use the web version instead, or ask an admin to create a scanner account for you that signs in with a QR code.
What you see after signing in
What you see in the app depends on your role:
- Admins and users see the dashboard, all events they have access to, search and the scanner.
- Scanners see the events they are allowed to scan, search and the scanner. The dashboard with sales figures is hidden for them.
