Is a group arriving where one person bought all the tickets? Then you do not have to scan each ticket separately. You check in the tickets from one order in one go.
How it works
- Open the order. You can do that in two ways:
- scan one ticket from the group and tap Details, then Open order;
- look up the order via Search by name, email or order number.
- Under Tickets you see all tickets in the order with their status.
- Select the tickets that are coming in, or tap Select all.
- Tap Scan number selected.
The result
The app shows how many tickets were processed, split into:
- Checked in: inside now;
- Already scanned: these tickets had already been scanned before;
- Error: these tickets could not be checked in, for example because they are invalid.
Tap Open order to view the details, or Done to continue scanning.
Not everyone here yet?
Only select the people who are standing in front of you now. You check in the rest later, with their own ticket or again via the order.
Note
When checking in a whole order, the app does not check the event times. Check yourself that the group is here for the right event and the right day.
