Your Tiqqo account is your personal login for the platform. You use it to access one or more organisations, create events, manage settings and work with your team.
The important distinction is this: your user account belongs to you, while an organisation represents the event company, brand, venue, club or team that sells tickets in Tiqqo.
What you need before you start
To create your account, prepare:
- Your work email address.
- Your first and last name.
- A secure password.
- Access to your inbox so you can verify your email address.
Use an email address you can continue to access. Tiqqo may use it for account verification, login-related messages and team invitations.
Create the account
Start from the Tiqqo signup flow and enter your personal details. The account creation step is for the person who will log in, not yet for the full organisation profile.
In the current Tiqqo registration flow, the required account fields are:
- Email address.
- First name.
- Last name.
- Password.
- Password confirmation.
After the account is created, Tiqqo sends an email verification message. Open that email and follow the verification link before continuing with the rest of the setup.
Why email verification matters
Email verification protects access to the platform and makes sure operational messages go to the right person. If you do not see the verification email, check spam, promotions and security filters before requesting a new link.
If a team member invites you to an existing organisation, the flow can be different. You may receive an invitation email that lets you activate access for that organisation.
Your account can access multiple organisations
One user account can belong to more than one organisation. That is useful when you work for multiple event brands, manage events for clients or have separate entities for different ticketing operations.
When you are added to another organisation, you can switch between organisations from inside the platform. Always check which organisation is active before changing settings, creating events or reviewing finance data.
What to do after creating your account
After your account is verified, the next step is to create or join an organisation. The organisation is where ticket sales, event settings, customer data, team access and financial settings live.
Continue with Create your organisation in Tiqqo if you are setting up a new organisation.
If the organisation already exists and someone invited you, ask the organisation owner or admin which role and access you should have.
