Financial information connects your Tiqqo organisation to settlement, invoice and payout workflows. Add it before you rely on paid ticket revenue or request a payout.
The most important point is simple: Tiqqo needs enough correct finance information to show finance documents clearly and to create payout requests from available balance when the conditions are met.
Financial fields in Tiqqo
The current organisation finance settings include:
- Finance email address.
- Finance phone number.
- IBAN.
- Beneficiary.
- Tax ID.
- Tax setting where relevant.
Depending on your organisation and agreement, you may also use chamber of commerce or company registration details in finance documents.
Finance email and phone
Use the finance email for administration, settlement, invoice and payout communication. This should usually be a finance inbox, not a general support inbox.
The finance phone number should reach someone who can help with administrative or payment-related questions when needed.
IBAN and beneficiary
The IBAN and beneficiary identify where payout requests should go. Enter these details carefully.
The beneficiary should match the bank account holder or entity that should receive payouts. If the beneficiary and organisation name are different, make sure your internal administration understands why.
Incorrect bank details can delay payout handling or require manual correction.
Tax ID and tax settings
Add the tax ID or VAT number that should appear in relevant finance documents. The tax setting can affect how costs or invoice information are shown.
Do not guess these values if you are unsure. Ask your finance team or accountant which details should be used for the organisation that sells tickets.
How financial information affects payouts
Financial information does not mean every ticket payment becomes instantly available for transfer. Payouts depend on available balance and the required payment, verification and banking conditions.
In Tiqqo, a payout request can fail or be blocked when the organisation is not configured for payouts. At minimum, the organisation needs the payout destination details Tiqqo requires, such as IBAN and beneficiary.

Check before selling paid tickets
Before publishing a paid event, review:
- The finance email is monitored.
- The IBAN is correct.
- The beneficiary is spelled correctly.
- The tax ID or VAT number is correct.
- The support and finance contacts are not mixed up.
- The team understands how refunds, settlements and payout requests are handled.
This is especially important for larger launches, high-volume ticket sales or events with strict finance reporting.
